The former home of an historic textile mill, Dobson Mills, real estate developer and native son Mark E. Sherman/Sherman Properties has been restoring the mill to its former glory.
Sherman Mills features residential lofts, commercial spaces and artisan studios and is home to several unique event venues – all of which feature the original architectural elements of the mill such as large windows, exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings.
It is also home to a thriving community of businesses such as The Bakery at the Mills, East Falls Glassworks, Crafts for Living Gallery and the Yoga Schelter.
